Prohibited Sellers

The following are not eligible to become sellers:

  • Previously banned or suspended Exorra users
  • Businesses in sanctioned countries or territories
  • Competitors using the platform for intelligence gathering

Ongoing Eligibility

Seller eligibility is ongoing. We may review your account at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that no longer meet our requirements.

Account Verification Process

All sellers must complete our verification process before listing items for sale:

Identity Verification

  2. Government ID: Upload clear photos of government-issued identification

Fee Updates

We may update our fee structure with 30 days notice to sellers. New fees apply to transactions after the effective date.

Listing Requirements

All listings must meet our quality standards and guidelines:

  • Clear Titles: Use descriptive, searchable titles
  • Honest Pricing: Set fair, competitive prices
  • Detailed Specifications: Include size, weight, materials, etc.

As a seller, you are responsible for managing all aspects of order fulfillment:

  • Timely Response: Acknowledge orders within 24 hours
  • Inventory Management: Keep inventory levels accurate
  • Order Confirmation: Send confirmation details to buyers
  • Processing Updates: Notify buyers of any delays

Shipping Requirements

  • Ship within stated timeframe (typically 1-5 business days)
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage during shipping

  • Insurance coverage for high-value items

  • Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours
  • Provide shipping updates proactively
  • Address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Follow up after delivery to ensure satisfaction

Performance Metrics

We track seller performance including response time, shipping speed, and customer satisfaction. Poor performance may affect your account standing.

Payments and Withdrawals

Payment Processing

Payments are processed as follows:

  • Order Payment: Funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
  • Release Timeline: Payments released 24-72 hours after delivery
  • Dispute Holds: Funds held during dispute resolution
  • Platform Fees: Automatically deducted from each sale

Withdrawal Process

  • Minimum Amount: $50 minimum withdrawal
  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days to your bank account
  • Withdrawal Fee: $2.5 per withdrawal
  • Currency: Payments made in USD

Tax Responsibilities

  • Tax Reporting: You are responsible for all applicable taxes

  • On-time Shipping: 95% or higher
  • Customer Satisfaction: 4.5 stars or higher average rating
  • Dispute Rate: Less than 2% of orders

Account Status Levels

  • Excellent: All metrics exceed targets, access to premium features
  • Good: Meets standard requirements, full platform access
  • Warning: Below standards, 30-day improvement period
  • At Risk: Poor performance, limited privileges
  • Suspended: Temporary account suspension

Performance Reviews

We conduct monthly performance reviews. Consistently poor performance may result in account restrictions or termination.
